Camera Handle with Battery Holder
thingiverse
I've Got It Printed and Measured, Now Time to Refine the Model. I'm Expecting This One to Be Good Enough for Use with My Camera. This Design Was Originally Made for My DSLR, but I've Added a Slot That Can Accommodate Many Other Types of Cameras as Well. Please Let Me Know If There's Any Room for Improvement. I Was Getting Tired of My Camera Draining Batteries at the Worst Possible Times, So I Decided to Create a Grip That Would Hold an External Power Source and Battery Adapter. The Result Is a Design That Can Fit an Inland 5200mAh Battery Pack from Microcenter, Which Costs Just $9 - a Great Way to Extend Battery Life, Speed Up Swaps, and Switch to Cheaper but More Powerful LG LiPos Instead of Alkaline or Unreliable NiMHs. If You Find a Way to Improve This Design, Please Let Me Know So I Can Share Your Updates with Others.
