Camera Hand Held System
thingiverse
Hand held camera grips feature a standard tripod mount and GoPro upfront, along with a hot shoe in the back. Grips can be easily removed to make room for a top handle that includes an additional hot shoe and GoPro mount, which slides smoothly into the main body's hot shoe. Two 1/4 inch screws are required for the camera mount and hot shoe lock. A variety of cameras are showcased with the rig, including an SLR (used for scale) and a Zoom H1. Additional pictures display a GoPro and binaural audio setup, demonstrating the universal design that offers numerous options. This is still a work in progress, and changes may be implemented based on user feedback. Suggestions are encouraged to enhance the rig's capabilities. A few contributors deserve recognition: The handle design was inspired by FlightFixit's hand held gimbal from Thingiverse. The interlocking system was adapted from CorruptID's Large Makerbot Spool Interlocking System on Thingiverse. The pin design was influenced by Gimungus's GoPro Parrot AR drone - clips & pins on Thingiverse. PRINTING DETAILS: This item was printed in PLA at 20% infill.
