Create a SketchUp model with desired dimensions for your 3D camera. Attach a trapezoid to the top of the box, followed by a large circle in the center of its face, raised slightly above. Add a smaller circle on top of the larger one, sinking it into place. At the top of the box, insert circles where you want the buttons to be; then print your model using a MakerBot.
