Action Cam Chassis Design for Slot Car Enthusiasts - 808#16 This design is optimized for ball bearings and 2mm axles, requiring a guide to ensure smooth operation. To power this chassis, the Carrera GO motor or any other FF030 motor can be used. A 28-tooth spur gear with an M0.5 pitch and an 8-tooth pinion with the same pitch are recommended. Note that one of the pinions should have a 1.5mm diameter for the motor, while the other has a 2mm diameter for the intermediate axle. All axles will be equipped with ball bearings, measuring 5x2x2.5mm in size. The outside diameter is 2mm for the axle and 5mm overall. Front wheels should have a maximum diameter of 11mm to accommodate the camera holder without causing drag issues. However, rear wheels must have a minimum diameter of 16mm.
