BMW Camwheel Cover Replacement This custom design enables you to install a HALL-sensor in conjunction with a 36-1 sensor wheel and a HALL sensor. I utilized a GM sensor part number 90357480 for this application. Original BMW sensors should also be compatible. The primary objective behind creating this camwheel cover was to replace the outdated ignition system with a megasquirt system, which I accomplished in my first draft. However, I do have several ideas for improvements that can further enhance its functionality.
