The key to success lies in understanding that the stable phase maintains its position with one pin and the next, while the middle pin meanders out but remains connected to the curve by the subsequent pin until it touches the opposite wall once more. To achieve this, the outer curve of the inner body must be shifted 0.1mm outward, freeing up space for pin rotation on one side. This innovative cam gear employs an "optimal acceleration sine wave" from Bestehorn, designed for experimental purposes only. The creation of the roller and pin bar is largely driven by parameters, but unfortunately, there is no built-in plausibility check to ensure the accuracy of these values.
