Finger tracing tool to control breathing. As you trace the infinity symbol with your finger slowly breath, then slowly breath out all while focusing on your finger and breathing.Printed the insert on a textured sheet to add to the effect. Printed in TPU If you print the insert first, print the outside second facing down and set the printer to stop before the bridge and place the infinity insert face down and continue the print.
