Caliper hole distance adapter
thingiverse
This little tool helps accurately gauge hole spacings. To use it correctly, place two cones on the caliper's tips and slide them together smoothly. If your measurement exceeds 20 millimeters, make a note of this extra length and subtract it from your actual reading. For instance, suppose you've recorded an overhead of 0.9 millimeter. You would then calculate the true distance by subtracting this amount from your measured value: Measured distance - 0.9 millimeter = real distance. Naturally, the minimum hole spacing to measure is 20 millimeters.
