I'm confident that the caliper linked below will be a perfect match. If it doesn't fit, I've included the source file and you can adjust the width to get a direct fit. My own caliper came from Harbor Freight. To tweak the variable settings in the source file, focus on two key parameters: SH_bottom_w = 35 and caliper_w = 17.
