Keep your caliper handy at all times. It securely holds the standard 150mm digital caliper with a metal thumbwheel that's easy to operate. The mount attaches firmly to 2020 extrusion using just one M3 or M4 10mm screw and a matching drop-in t-nut, ensuring a snug fit. To quickly hang and remove the caliper from its mount, simply lead the right end of the caliper forward, twist it so that it's flat, then drop the thumbwheel into the pocket. Printer Settings: Printer: Tronxy X3 Rafts: No rafts are needed for this print. Supports: Supports are not required for this design. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2mm is perfect for printing high-quality details. Infill: The infill setting is set to 20% honeycomb, providing the right amount of strength and structure. Notes: Print 3 perimeters to ensure a solid base. Print vertically to prevent warping. If your bed has trouble holding parts in place, use a brim to secure them during printing. Mounts easily with one M3x10 screw and M3 drop-in t-nut, or an M3$x10 screw and M4 drop-in t-nut.
