Caliper case for Mitutoyo 150mm
thingiverse
This is a caliper case I crafted because nothing pre-made caught my eye. It requires some sanding on the interlocking pieces. I built it as a puzzle since it wouldn't fit on my Ender 3 Pro printer. I used ten screws, similar to those found at Amazon under Phillips Woodworking Pre-Drilling Furniture Screws (SCR512OPHBP). Two hinges, such as those offered by Stanley Solid Brass Miniature Hinges (B003F0E1Q6), were also employed. Since I couldn't find identical hinges, customization of the holes can be achieved through modification of the F3D model. A small magnet was installed to allow for smooth closure and automatic shut-down.
