By attaching this modified trigger guard, you can link a spring directly between the trigger and handle, thereby increasing the trigger pull weight. Keep in mind, though, that another spring will still be necessary to connect from the sear to its standard peg location within the handle. This redesigned trigger guard does not eliminate the need for this additional spring.
