Caliburn Suppressor
thingiverse
This is a suppressor for a Caliburn by Captain Slug. The design is inspired by the Osprey suppressor chambered in .45 ACP, but I didn't see one available for the Caliburn, so I decided to create my own. To secure the suppressor to the barrel, you'll need an M3 x 5 screw. You may also need to reorient the suppressor so that its front faces downwards. Since this design is specifically made for the Caliburn, it should work with the Talon Claw as well if their barrels are identical. I'd appreciate any feedback on the fit and design from anyone who prints this off before me. The design can be revised at any time since it hasn't been printed yet. Update: 9/29/2019 - I've now printed a demonstrator model, and I'm pleased to report that the fit is spot-on. While there may be different design variants, this project is essentially complete. Update: 11/30/2019 - After testing, I discovered that the screw hole on the previous version tends to strip easily. To address this issue, I've reinforced the collar of the suppressor to give the screw a better grip. The updated file is called "Caliburn Osprey Suppressor v7." Update: 3/12/2020 - I've added a "CQB" variant to the suppressor design, which provides an overall shorter profile and appearance while significantly reducing print time. The internal barrel diameter has also been slightly increased to minimize dart friction.
