Printable Replacement for Caliburn Shock Pad Required To create a printable replacement for the Caliburn silicone shock pad, you must use a flexible filament like TPU. Printing Settings: * 4-5 Perimeters: A minimum of four perimeters with a nozzle size of .4 mm and wall thickness of 1.6-2.0 mm is recommended. * Infill Percentage: Printing at an infill percentage of 20-25% will provide the right amount of compression. Alternative Printing Settings: * Multiple Perimeters: The shock pad can also be printed with three perimeters, but this may lead to faster wear and tear due to wall separation. Adhesion: * Using CA Glue: You can use CA glue to attach the print to the Ram face. * Natural Adhesion: When printing directly on glass, the mirror finish TPU side will naturally adhere to a mirror finish Ram face without any adhesives.
