Caliburn DartJam coupler spacer
thingiverse
UPDATE 2, mid-2018: The latest revisions of the Caliburn have eliminated the need for the DartJam coupler piece altogether. As a result, this remix is now redundant as of mid-2018. I'm leaving it here anyway for archiving purposes. Latest Caliburn files can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2376150 UPDATE: CaptainSlug has created an alternative to the DartJam with a captive slot for the coupler, making this remix unnecessary. If you're willing to print a new part, I suggest checking out that version instead. This simple spacer keeps the coupler from shifting around within the DartJam during assembly and disassembly. The constant movement of the coupler was frustrating, so I decided to create a solution. The spacer comes in two variants: one is just a plain spacer, while the other includes a thin 0.20 mm selective brim that helps keep it adhered to your bed if you experience adhesion issues. After printing, you can easily remove the brim or trim it off with flush cutters. When inserting the spacer into the DartJam, make sure the thinner side is oriented towards the top.
