Full set of composite air system internals designed specifically for use with 1/2-inch brass Ram pushers/bolts. All parts, except the hybrid plunger cup, must be printed using TPU or comparable flex filaments. The composite plunger cup features a TPU or similar flex filament plunger head that securely snaps onto a hard polymer (ABS, PLA, etc.) plunger cup. This innovative design reduces impact shock and creates a flexible O-ring seal (Danco #43 O-ring) for optimal air performance. Note: The design incorporates a deep channel to accommodate heavier 1/8-inch wall o-rings. Standard Caliburn kit 3/32-inch o-rings may not seal optimally without using liberal amounts of silicone grease. It is recommended to purchase the #43 rings for optimal results. When combined with the redesigned TPU two-part Ram base, 1/2-inch brass Ram bolt, and matching TPU bolt tip, this system performs optimally. Standard 4-40 hardware is used, but it can also accommodate 6-32 hardware for a tighter, more secure grip. For use with specific barrel sizes, the following options are available: BoltTip#7Ring (Danco #7 O-ring) for 13mm ID barrels and BoltTipLong1285 without an O-ring for 17/32-inch ID barrels. https://youtu.be/stZwNUMkQ9Y
