I'm Calibrating Temperatures to Perfection I personally have a 10% fill in at 0.4mm, adjusting temperature at each level (every 25 layers if 0.4mm) to test the best parameters for every spool. You could possibly make a Gcode file to make it automatic, but I'm still not sure how yet :(
