Calibration test using circles and squares with variation of diameters and thickness

Simple Calibration Prints for Circles and Squares with Variable Thickness. To calibrate circles and squares efficiently, we employ a straightforward printing process that incorporates various thickness levels. We begin by specifying the diameter size, which commences from the innermost point at 1mm and increments by 0.5mm in each successive layer outward. For the thickness of the printed shapes, we initiate from the topmost layer with a thickness of 1mm and increment by 1.0mm for each subsequent row. This configuration allows for precise control over the overall dimensions of the circles and squares being calibrated.
