This is a calibration test 40mm for xyz axes. To calibrate your 3D printer, you need to print a first time this test and to measure all axes with a caliper. 1 - Connect to your printer with Pronterface or OctoPrint 2 - Send M503 and collect M92 steps/mm values for X, Y and Z 3 - Do the following operation for each axe : New X step/mm value = (40/Measured X) * old X steps/mm value 4 - Send the following commands to your printer : >M92 X[new_steps/mm_value] Y[new_steps/mm_value] Z[new_steps/mm_value] this one is to give new values to your printer >M500 this one is for saving your configuration. 5 - Print a new calibration test to check if X = Y = Z = 40mm You can do this a second time if measures are not exactly correct. Average accuracy is near to 0.1mm on our 3D printers.
