Correct your slicer's dimensions settings with this simple yet effective XY calibration template. Ensure all similar elements fit perfectly. The correct dimensions are: plates are 25x25 mm, 2 mm tall; thick ledges/slots measure 5x10mm; thin ledges/slots measure 2x8 mm; large holes/cylinders have a diameter of 7 mm; small holes/cylinders have a diameter of 3 mm. Use PLA with layer heights between 0.15-0.20 mm and any desired infill setting.
