Calibration File for Semi-Automatic Plate Adjustment When you press the screen button, the nozzle moves to several points. At each point, you can adjust the bed height with the knobs. The file to use is the G-code file. The proposed G-code file works for an Ender 3 that has a bed larger than 200 mm. It may work for other printers but may need to be adjusted to fit the size of the bed. The code in the .gcode file performs the following steps: 1-All axes are initialized (hommed) 2-The plate and extruder are warmed up 3-Retract the filament to prevent leaks 4-The nozzle rises to allow cleaning 5-Wait for the user to clean the nozzle. Press the printer button to continue 6-The Z axis is positioned at 0.2 mm 7-Wait for the user to lower the bed with the knobs to avoid a collision during the next movement of the nozzle. Press the printer button to continue 8-The nozzle is positioned at point 1 9-Wait for the user to place a shim 0.2 mm between the nozzle and the bed + setting the distance using the knobs. Press the printer button to continue 10-The nozzle is positioned at point 2 11-Etc. with several points 12-The bed and nozzle are cooled 13-Back in home position This code can be customized especially with: A different bed / nozzle distance than 0.2 mm The sequence and coordinates of the points to be adapted Messages displayed on the screen (M117 text to display or M0 text to display)
