We calibrate our in-house printer calibration model accordingly. To ensure consistent results, keep as many parameters in sync as possible, such as air temperature and humidity, print bed temperature, extruder temperature, the same type of filament used throughout, storage conditions' humidity, and temperature - the list goes on.
