This is an intense challenge for calibrating your 3D printer. STEP and STL files are provided. Print flat side down. V3 files are extremely demanding and most FDM printers will struggle to complete the more complex sections. V4 files offer a slightly easier printing experience, but most FDM printers still face difficulties on the trickiest areas, particularly the thin wall section. 100x100x50 dimensions are used for calibrating stepper drivers. Square shape calibration ranges from 20 to 1 millimeter. Circle shape calibration measures between 15 and 1 millimeter. Layer height calibration spans 0.1 to 0.4 millimeters. Wall width calibration tests the range of 0.1 to 1 millimeter. The overhang test pushes printer capabilities to the limit. Stringing and bridging tests evaluate printer performance under stress.
