I made a relatively low volume calibration shape to gauge how far off printed parts will deviate from accuracy. To get precise prints, I adjust scaling factors based on this measurement - use the same settings you plan to print your standard parts with. All measurable dimensions are in 5mm increments; you're unlikely to be more than 5mm off. However, here are some measurements to check: The X and Y legs should measure 100mm in length, with widths of 10mm and a height of 5mm. A 15mm square hole is the ideal size. The tower should be 10mm x 10mm x 25mm in dimensions. Holes are 1.5mm in diameter; if you're over-extruding, they'll appear almost closed. The holes are spaced 80mm apart. I welcome comments and constructive feedback. Print Settings Notes: Use the same settings for your standard parts - rafts, brim, infill, layers, etc.
