I love the idea, the excel sheet, everything. My only issue was that I felt that my measurements weren't entirely accurate because my calipers could not get good purchase on the part. Additionally, if you measured too far down any step, you would run into the fillet, which would artificially inflate your measurements. Hence, I added a 1mm relief to each inside corner, which should allow you to put the jaws of your calipers all the way to the bottom without the corner interfering. Additionally, I thickened the entire part by 2 mm which should allow for better purchase. The one consequence of my modeling method is that the X Y emboss is now reflected on the bottom surface, but seeing as how it is only a minor bridge, it really shouldn't be a problem. Kudos to the original designer!
