Calibration Block for Colido DIY 3D Printer

This is an easy fix - A calibration pillar to replace the outdated calibration card that comes with the Colido/Printrite DIY 3D Printer. Print two of these and stand them up on their ends next to the two Z screw rods then level off the platform just like the instruction manual says. You still need the calibration card to set the nozzle tip height, take your time with this since getting it right is equally as important. In my experience, a well-calibrated machine can print most things without any glue or hairspray at all. I only use glue or hairspray for much larger prints and I also slow down the initial layer speed to just 10mm/s.
