Max models can be opened seamlessly with 3ds Max 2009 and all higher versions. They are built on a real-world scale. Included with V-ray and standard options. The exported formats include 3ds, obj, fbx, dwg. Note that the actual appearance of the exported models may vary slightly depending on the software used, resulting in images that don't exactly match what's seen in the preview pictures. In some instances, meshes might appear triangulated and need to be re-assigned manually for textures/materials.
