I am modifying this text: A custom arcade machine with a Sega Astro-City style panel. There is an adapter to adjust the Sanwa joystick's height below the ball top. On the pictures, there are 6 mm adapters mounted on the 3 mm thick metal panels, allowing 23 mm clearance under the ball of the stick.
