Calcifer (hollow)
thingiverse
Print at 0% infill for maximum visibility, using 1-2 layers to achieve wall thickness that lets light shine through. I prefer transparent Orange at .08 layer height and 35 mm/s, which took 31 hours to complete. Adjust the right eye and left eye as needed or shrink them down to fit snugly into their sockets. You can print his hands without supports if you keep the layer height low at .08 for me, while angling it so that the base of his arm lies flat against the bed. This requires a fairly steep diagonal angle, but I was able to make it work. If not, try adding some support structures. The stone piece is quite large, so measure it out according to your comfort level. I included it cut into four pieces or as one big chunk. I printed mine at 5% infill and ended up with a whopping 1.75lbs of plastic. To reduce material usage, simply shrink the height down. I needed the height it has to accommodate a light bulb socket for lighting purposes. Depending on your chosen light source, results may vary.
