Cal Kestis' Lightsaber

Just in time for Star Wars Day 2020! Cal Kestis' lightsaber from Jedi: Fallen Order takes center stage! Integrating the mangled end of the saber was a challenge that brought me immense joy. Personally, I generated supports using Cura for the Emitter Shrouds, Emitter C and Outer Chamber. The Emitter Shrouds are tricky pieces that require reliable build plate adhesion from your printer; you may be able to print them without any supports, but if it's a struggle, re-orient the part. The connection between the Exposed Internals and Mangled Grip is a little tricky. A small rectangle of raised sculpt on the Exposed Internals lines up with a corresponding spot on the Mangled Grip; insert it at an angle for a seamless fit. If you're struggling with the Exposed Internals piece, I can help. I waffled over scaling the Exposed Internals down to make it easier to print, and I can do so if needed. The Mangled Grip and Exposed Internals are meshes that were passed back and forth between Rhino and ZBrush to capture every detail; some slicers may dislike those pieces, but I had no issues with Cura. All STLs are in the orientation I printed them. Happy printing, and may the force be with you!
