Cal 7 97mm Motor pulley

This is the motor pulley I created for use with the BoostedBoard and Cal 7 - 97mm wheels since the ABEC 11 motor pulley wouldn't fit my new wheels. They are designed to be used with these wheels: https://goo.gl/CWKDFk Printing this model results in a fine finish with teeth on the build plate without support, provided some cooling is applied. The original belt cannot be used; instead, you will need to use the following: Belt: 243-3M-15 Belt cover required: https://goo.gl/fMyX22 The images show a 10mm-wide belt that was mistakenly sent by eBay. This pulley is actually designed for 15mm wide belts, which I plan to replace once I receive the correct ones. I initially prototyped with PLA and ultimately printed the final product in PETG. Cooling is essential due to the inner wall's angle, as I found out when trying to print at a layer height of 0.3. Prototype 7 prints fine; Prototype 8 has an additional 3mm on the diameter that goes over the belt for protection. On PT7, the ring width matches the belt width, providing no protection during use. I will be switching to Prototype 8 once my Prototype 7 is worn out. I printed with five perimeters and five top/bottom layers for added strength.
