A photorealistic 3D model of a common cutlery large cake and pie serving knife is available. The model is completely UV-mapped, smoothable, and crafted using 3ds Max 2011 and V-Ray 2.40. It features clean topology based on loops and quads, with support edges to retain its shape after subdivision. Additionally, the model includes objects, groups, materials, and textures with meaningful names, real-world scale, and non-overlapping UVs. Two *.max files are provided: one with V-Ray materials and another with Standard materials. Moreover, a .max scene file is included, featuring cameras and lighting setup used for rendering preview images. The model is ready for visualization, with meshes in separate files and exchange formats delivered at three levels of mesh subdivision. Previews were rendered in 3DS Max with V-Ray using mesh subdivision level 2.
