I splurged on a cake with icing, eager to etch my message in bold letters. Short version: disaster struck when the nozzle failed me, resulting in a disastrous icing explosion. Undeterred, I whipped up a makeshift model for the icing tube, saving the day with some quick thinking and creativity.
