Cinema 4d was the software used to create this model, and it's ready for rendering in standard renderer mode. Building strokes were applied using cinema 4d with sketch and toon effects enabled. Stroked buildings, trees (mograph cloner), water effects, and stroked roads are exclusive to the cinema 4d file format. No plugins of any kind were used during this process.
