CageLight2
pinshape
This light closely resembles CageLight0 but boasts several distinct differences: the hexagons forming the grid are offset, resulting in a pattern comprised solely of hexagons; the hexagonal grid is circular, mirroring the shape of the internal light; and the lamp base is identical to that used in my other LED lamps. The same high-quality LED light source is employed - simply searching for "LED puck light" will yield numerous options. Notably, the lamp base features a cutout designed specifically for a wall-powered LED light. Creating this design presented a unique challenge due to the hex cage's slender profile; if your printer's hotend is slightly unsteady, it may inadvertently dislodge a portion of the cage. My upcoming design will be larger and feature a more substantial hex cage, addressing these issues. I managed to print this particular model in approximately 17 hours at a layer height of 0.200 mm.
