Cageless Ball Bearing for 3/16" Balls

Cageless Ball Bearing for 3/16" Balls

Summary Ball bearing without a cage needed, but requires a lot of patience for assembly. Minor issues will be tweaked to improve print quality. Designed to fit 27 balls in three levels, but two levels would be easier to assemble and lose longitudinal load capacity. Update: Two prototypes were required to perfect the new version. All printing issues have been resolved, and M5 screws are now used instead of M3 due to unavailability. The updated installation concept does not require a clockmaker's hand for assembly. Simply print, place balls, and screw together. Update 2: Unfortunately, it still doesn't work as expected. The gap is too wide, causing the balls to fall out.
