I designed an innovative switch mechanism for my bike. The plan is to utilize the affordable and durable 8mm metal push buttons sourced from China. These switches are crafted from metal, which makes them a cost-effective option. I suggest printing this part with a material that can withstand high temperatures and UV light exposure, such as PETG or ASA. To attach it securely to the handlebar, you'll need an M4 bolt and an M4 thread cutter. Alternatively, a small piece of tape might suffice, although it does have a tight fit. To print this design efficiently, I recommend laying it down on the printing surface. The process typically takes about one hour to complete, but it may require support material for stability. This project was inspired by the innovative designs found at Messner Moto.
