To obtain extra Cadet heater thermostat knobs, I designed a new one based on the original. The "65" mark was positioned alongside the flat edge of the shaft. Your printing experience may differ, so consider using Makerbot Replicator with clear ABS filament, 20% infill, .3mm layer height, and 2 shells. I drew the design in Cubify Invent .Fun file for ease of use.
