Original design require a PVC tube. This gave me hard time with the tubes being too loose to hold everything in place. I replaced the tubes with three-part design: 1. Snug-fit bushing. To be installed inside the "L/R pedal bracket". 2. Tube shaft - to fit through the pedal. 3. Tube end - to be screwed in place and transfer the rotational motion to the "L/R pedal gear". Use M4 insert and M4X30 screw to secure both parts of the tube together. For best results, the bushing should be lubricated with plastic-friendly lubricant on all sides.
