To prevent the caddx vista airunit from overheating while the fpv plane is still on the ground waiting for a GPS lock, I designed this little adapter ring. It sits between the Air Unit and the fan (a 30x30x10 mm 5V(8.5V max) fan from foxconn part nbr PVA030C05L-P01). To be able to mount the fan on the ring, you have to cut four 2.5 mm threads in the outer holes (use alcohol for cooling). Works perfect for me
