Caddx Turtle V2 - Session Casing

Caddx Turtle V2 - Session Casing

This is a work in progress. Use at your own risk. I'm attempting to create a casing for the Caddx Turtle V2. The casing will be the same size as a GoPro Hero Session. The plan involves inserting the DVR Board into the bottom of the casing, making sure the pin goes in first so that the button can be easily pressed from outside. There's also a designated spot for the SD Card on one side. Here are the steps: 1. Print all three parts. 2. Tap the screw holes in the front of the casing for 3m screws. 3. Insert the small pin into the hole at the bottom of the casing. 4. Press-fit the DVR Board into place with the button and SD Card aligned to their respective parts. 5. Mount the Camera to the arms using 2m screws (you may need longer ones). 6. Assemble all the pieces together and secure them with 8mm, 3m counter-sunk screws. Future improvements I'd like to make include: - Covering the SD Card - Adding a battery - Making it waterproof (though I'm unsure how to handle the button; I might have to omit it) - Providing room or printing a new cap for an ND Filter
