The student designed 3D-printed wheels on Solidworks provide a smooth ride on the laser-cut panels laid in a vacbag for lamination. The boards boast an aesthetically pleasing curve, which surprisingly also enhances performance. A larger laser cutter would allow for bigger boards, as per preference. Feel free to customize the design according to your liking; the wheels fit standard bearings perfectly.
