Cactuar
thingiverse
I made a display stand for my Cactuar model from Final Fantasy in Solid Works, but it turned out too large so I scaled both the cactus and its base down equally to make them fit together perfectly. The hole on the display stand is actually slightly smaller than the foot peg of the cactus. This was done intentionally so that you can drill a new hole for a better fit. Printer Settings: Printer: DaVinci 1.0 with Repetier firmware. Rafts: No rafts will be used. Supports: No supports are needed because the model is divided into two parts, which can simply be glued together after printing. The foot peg might need to be sanded slightly for a snug fit. Printing Details: Resolution: 0.3mm. Infill density: 20% with rectilinear infill pattern. Notes: After assembly, use super glue to bond the two printed parts and apply a light sanding to the foot peg to ensure a secure connection. For added realism, use puffy paint to draw on the eyes and mouth of the cactus. Model Design: I designed this model using Solid Works by creating separate designs for the Cactuar and its base, then exporting them as STL files for 3D printing.
With this file you will be able to print Cactuar with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Cactuar.
