Cablemount with zip ties
thingiverse
This is a small part that holds cables, I'm not entirely sure what they call it in English, but its purpose is crystal clear when you see how it works. It's quite compact at 20x18mm and printing out ten of these takes less than 40 minutes with a 30% infill and a layer thickness of 0.3mm. Here's the deal: First, use some 3M double-sided tape to secure this cable holder to a solid surface. Next, take a zip tie and thread it through the hole on the other side. Once you've got everything in place, you can easily manage your cables wherever they're needed.
