Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 10% Filament: Generic ABS ABS Black Notes: For cuffs I used 10 % infill plus a 30 % infill modifier for the cog wing. For handle I used 10 % infill plus 30% modifiers near the holes and the latch. Seems to be a good mix of flexibility and firmness. Needs forced supports near the pivot hole and the latch. The cost of this fully-printed design is that supports are hard to remove, especially near the latch. Use knife, screwdriver or tweezers ... it takes a while.
