Version 2 (Update) The model has been slightly tweaked to make the lid more rigid and make it easier to assemble the two parts. The model has been slightly reworked to make the lid more rigid and facilitate the assembly of the two parts. French (for English see below) This is an easy to print and assemble cable reel (no tools, no glue, no screws needed). No need to disassemble the housing to remove the cable: once fully unwound, the cable can be easily removed from the housing. The 100% size is suitable for 5mm cables and can hold up to 3m of cable. The box shown in the photos is 80% scale. It fits 4mm cables and can easily hold 2m. Instructions for use Clip the cover onto the base. There are two side slots of different sizes to facilitate double spiral winding of the cable, so take care to align the two lugs (see attached photo) before inserting the cable into the box. Place the middle of the cable in the top slot of the cover. Coil the cable by turning the cover. To unwind the cable and release it from the box, pull the ends of the cable. There are two lateral slits with different sizes in order to facilitate the double spiral winding of the cable, so take care of aligning the two tips (see enclosed photo) before inserting the cable in the box. Place the middle of the cable in the upper slit of the lid. Wind the cable by rotating the lid and enjoy! To unwind, pull the ends of the cable.
