Large Size: 1/4" / 9.525mm Small Size: 0.375" / 6.35mm I needed clips for various projects around the house and outside, and I wanted to make them out of PETG instead of using the cheap ABS alternatives available at the hardware store. One of the main advantages of using PETG is that it is more durable and resistant to the elements, making it suitable for outdoor use. Additionally, by making my own clips, I could easily adjust the size to fit the specific requirements of each project. I included the Solidworks files for all of the clips, so others can easily edit and customize the design as needed.
