I created this so people could easily hang larger lights from their pouch. The type of lights it's designed for are similar to Christmas lights, but my lights have bigger bulbs. This Cable Trough works well with most types of lights that need to be spaced about 6 inches apart. It's 5 and a quarter inches long and can hold light-duty cable. I secured mine using double-sided tape.
