I design and manufacture a pad for organizing cables with cable ties. I have created one channel, a single layer (0.25mm) taller than the other to facilitate bridging. This pad requires either 25mm (1") foam tape or adhesive. The channels are 8x2mm in size. My design features 0.25mm layer height printing.
