Here's what you need: a makeshift tensioner for your stretched bonnet release cable. Instead of buying an entire new cable, this little gadget does the trick. It's simple and all it needs is some glue to keep it in place. This design also works great for bike brake cables that have a similar setup. Spacer 1 measures 6 mm long Spacer 2 measures 8 mm long Attached CAD file lets you adjust the length to your liking.
